This undisputed protagonist of the Piedmontese wine tradition is ruby red, tending to garnet with age. Its scent is fresh and vinous, with fragrances of blackberry, prune and spices. To the taste it is dry and full-bodied, and it marries well with all flavorful dishes such as salami, tasty soups and pasta, boiled meats, roast meats in general and all kinds of cheese. Serve at room temperature (18-20°C).
