Vinification

From the hills that surround the area of Alba comes a classic of Piedmontese wines. Its color is ruby red, with purplish glints; its scent is enticing, with a flavour of blackberry and raspberry. Full-bodied and dry to the taste, soft, with pleasantly bitter hints and a moderate acidity, it can elegantly accompany a variety of dishes: from pasta and rice recipes, to white meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at room temperature (18-20°C).
