The alcoholic fermentation is in 50 hl steel tanks, the malolactic is French tonneaux as the ageing for 42 months. With grapes hand-harvested in Montalcino area, this Brunello features an extraordinary elegance and concentration obtained from a long ageing process. It has a full and ethereal fragrance with hints of wild berries, black cherry and vanilla
