This month we added a new cake on our menu, the famous “torta della nonna” (Grandma’s pie)
La Torta della nonna, originally from Tuscany, is a soft cake made with lemon/vanilla-scented custard and flavoured with crunchy pine nuts and dusted with icing sugar.
